Let your imagination run wild... so many things are possible! The Ranch has a variety of settings for your guests to enjoy. There is the veranda, pool side, living room, lookout deck, and more where your guests can mingle or get away for a private moment with their personal friends.
Buffets can be set up in three different main areas. You may choose to serve appetizers or desserts in a separate space allowing your guests to experience a whole different atmosphere.
We find that our guests prefer a buffet setting so that they can enjoy their food where they feel most comfortable. We also rent tables and can set up for formal dining.
We have many sources for catering your party or you may prefer to have family and friends bring their special dishes.
Nancy Newton is an experienced party planner and will be happy to help you create a treasured experience.

W E D D I N G S !
Weddings are a very personal affair. Here at the WPR&R we pay special attention to every detail to create your dream wedding. Whether you have an informal or formal affair we will do our best to see that all your guests are well taken care of and that you enjoy every minute of your celebration.
The WPR&R provides a space and can accommodate you with every facet including the minister, Darrell HIcks, who will be pleased to speak with you about your ceremony. Many of our weddings are held in the Labyrinth, where the couple is in the center surrounded by the loving energies of their guests. During nighttime ceremonies, we light a bonfire in the sacred area right next to the Labyrinth. Luminaries are set to lead the way, adding a touch of magic to the evening!
Others prefer a more traditional ceremony on the deck where we can set up chairs to create a formal setting. Again, if you prefer proper table settings we can change the veranda or living room into a formal dining room.
Our largest weddings are approximately 125 guests, which is the most we feel we can comfortably accommodate. This way, the staff at WPR&R can make sure that every guest receives our utmost attention.
WPR&R is a very versatile venue, so you can create any celebration from rustic to elegant!
Nancy Newton is available to help you set the mood, decorate the Ranch, organize catering and special entertainment such as live musicians, DJs, solo artists or other unique performers like fire spinners and acrobats.
